Job Description:
Hybrid Temporary F/T Physician Credentialing Specialist,
Chicago, IL Our client, an ACO, located on the near west side of
Chicago , is seeking to hire an experienced hybrid temporary
full-time Physician Credentialing Specialist to start on Monday,
July 7 th , 2025 . This position is a hybrid partially remote
position with Tuesdays & Thursdays in office and Mondays,
Wednesdays, Fridays at home. The Credentialing Specialist is part
of a two-person team that is involved with credentialing a total of
500 physicians. Job Responsibilities Perform full cycle of
credentialing for physicians. Work with health plans to report the
required credentialing information. Job Requirements Minimum of an
Associate’s Degree At least 3 years’ experience in credentialing
physicians. Accustomed to using credentialing software like CAQH
Proview Software. Knowledge of how to submit credentialing
information to health plans and payers Knowledge of the health care
industry, health plan, NCQA, MSO, CMS, and Federal regulations.
Proficient in computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint,
