Medical Assistant - Oak Park, ILNorthShore EEH is pioneering a
new way to deliver care!
We are looking for Medical Assistants who are interested in a
unique opportunity to help transform the delivery of care in the
ambulatory setting.
NorthShore EEH is dedicated to the impact we provide to our
patients as well as the experience of all our team members. We are
excited to share our most recent efforts focused on the development
and rollout of Team-Based Care. The goal of Team-Based Care is to
transform the way we deliver care through the implementation of a
more coordinated approach, leveraging skills across the entire team
to better meet the needs of our patients. We anticipate Team-Based
Care to have a positive impact in many ways, including:
Location:--932 Lake Street, Oak Park
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week. This office is open from M-F
8am-8pm and 1/2 day on Sat.-- Required--to close one day a week and
rotate every other Sat. This position is eligible for benefits.
Office: Busy Family Medicine location. Supports 5 physicians and
additional clinical staff.
SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE:-- This position is eligible for a $1,000
sign on bonus (grossed up). The first $500 will be paid at your 6
month mark of employment and the remaining $500 will be paid at the
end of one year.----This bonus--does not--apply to internal
employees transferring within departments.
Position Requirements include:
High school diploma or GED
Certified, Registered, and Clinical Certified Medical Assistants
(CMA, RMA or CCMA) are required to provide current certification or
registration through American Association of Medical Assistants
(AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), National
Health career Association (NHA) or any other certifying agency and
should have at least 6 months of clinical experience. --
Candidates who are not certified or registered should have at least
one year of clinical experience.
Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart
Association or American Red Cross.
Prior work experience in Family Practice--preferred.
