Job Description:

Founded in 2010, Integrative Psychotherapy Associates is a preeminent provider of mental health services in Oak Park and the surrounding area. Our integrative approach is rooted in a holistic model of human well-being that incorporates all facets of the person including mind, body, spirit, and culture. Our therapists work in a supportive and collegial private practice milieu to provide full continuity of care across the lifespan, offering services for children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, and family formats.

The practice is seeking licensed and experienced Child & Adolescent Psychotherapists and/or Family Therapists to work primarily at our Oak Park location.--

Compensation for this role is in the range of $50-100+ per hour, with an expected range of $72-82 per hour for full-time, masters-level clinicians, and up to $100+ for licensed psychologists.

Responsibilities:
Elements of Success in this Role Include:
--- Providing counseling and psychotherapeutic services that are consistent with your licensure and training
--- Responding promptly to all intake referrals
--- Completing intake assessments and formulating DSM-5-TR diagnoses as needed
--- Completing clinical documentation and running client charges in a timely manner
--- Participating in practice-wide "Friday Morning Meetings" including case conferences, group supervision, and other professional development offerings
--- Consulting with clinical supervisors and collaborating with other practitioners as needed to provide optimal client care
--- Endeavoring to make a positive contribution to the practice and to support our flourishing team culture

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must be licensed to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Illinois, as a counselor, psychotherapist, psychologist, art therapist, play therapist, family therapist or child therapist, and offer at least THREE (3) years of direct clinical experience conducting one-on-one counseling or therapy.
We are not able to consider pre-licensed therapists for this particular role.
Additional Qualifications Include:
--- Availability to practice for a minimum of 12 hours per week
--- Availability for some after-school and/or weekend hours
--- Availability to work on-site in Oak Park at least 1 day per week
--- Eligible licensure includes LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, ALMFT, LMFT, Licensed Clinical Psychologists, etc.
--- Credentials, specializations and/or advanced training in one or more of the following areas: Child Therapy (ages 2-12), Adolescent/Young Adult Therapy (ages 13-26), Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Family Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Spectrum Disorders.
--- Experience working in a group private practice setting is a plus, though not required.
