Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our manufacturing team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, a passion for hands-on work, and a commitment to excellence.Location: Naperville, ChicagoResponsibilities:Oversee the maintenance team and coordinate daily operationsEnsure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and repairedDevelop and implement preventative maintenance programsManage maintenance budgets and schedulesCollaborate with production managers to minimize downtime and improve efficiencyConduct safety inspections and implement safety policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractorsRequirements/Skills:Degree or Certificate preferred5+ years of experience in maintenance operations in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systemsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for maintenance operations and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.To apply, please apply to the job posting or submit your resume to SGoudy judge.comUI952020
