Job Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a large food/beverage manufacturing company with a state of the art facility located near Peoria, IL area.--Responsibilities:*Manage all aspects of QA to ensure all raw materials and product meet company and government standards*Confirm the performance of testing and inspection on products and packaging quality assurance program*Responsible for the implementation of the company's quality assurance programs and improvement*Develop, review and audit SOPs*Monitor raw materials & recommend waste reduction actions*Ensure sanitation standards are followed*Evaluate process control and improvements*Provide guidance to QA Supervisors, Sanitation Supervisors, and Lab Techs*Conduct performance reviews*Maintain accurately department reports*Sustain a safe working environment for all employees--Requirements:*Bachelor's degree required*3+ years of QA Management experience required*Experience managing salaried professionals*New lab setup experience required*Food/beverage manufacturing experience*HACCP, SQF/BRC, FSMA/PCQI, and similar certifications are required----**All qualified candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**--UI 637337--
