Job Description:

We are looking for a self motivated and professional person who wants to seize an opportunity with uncapped earning potential, flexibility, and stability. The ERC Market Manager will be expected to interact with business executives in a professional setting as well as manage a small team of representatives.

This is a full-time position that would be responsible for locating and educating business owners in their area about the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) and help them understand why filing with ERC Pros makes sense for them. The manager would help train and outline daily tasks for themselves and their team. Tasks include things like area and lead management, accountability, motivating, incentivizing, ongoing training, etc.

A manager will also be expected to hit a monthly quota both personally, and as a team. They will have adequate support and training from corporate executives to effectively perform all their duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive to designated areas
  • Must have a cell phone with data
  • Must be willing to work 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
  • Must attend all required meetings and trainings
  • Maintain dress and appearance on par with company standards
  • Host/attend a daily meeting with your team/corporate
  • Attend all company trainings
  • Ensure that personally and as a team you hit weekly/monthly quotas
  • Utilize company tools at your disposal to track the following:
    • Leads contacted
    • Business owners pitched
    • Submitted surveys
    • Documents uploaded
    • Signed deals
    • Work with your regional manager and other company representatives to provide feedback, and improve processes

      Compensation:

      Compensation is made up of 3 different sources. Base compensation, uncapped personal commissions, and uncapped team overrides. Both commissions and overrides are uncapped and therefor the earning potential can be much higher that the estimated OTE based on performance.

      • Total estimated annual OTE (based on minimum quotas): $108,000
        • Base Compensation: $48,000
        • Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k matching available on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, plus PTO and paid holidays.
