In a short span of 4 years, KidzToPros has partnered with over 350 schools in California, New York and New Jersey. Over 25,000 students have participated in our after-school programs and seasonal camps!KidzToPros is in search of experienced Summer Camp Directors for each of our summer camp locations. The Camp Director will assume responsibility for the overall success of their camp location, including overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring a fun, safe atmosphere that creates memorable experiences for all campers.DATES: June - August, 2021JOB TYPE: Full timeHOURS: Full time (40+ hours per week)SALARY: varies depending on experience $19-21 per hourYOUR BACKGROUND:

• You are an experienced and trustworthy leader, with the ability to oversee a team of instructors and ensure a positive and enriching atmosphere for all campers
  • You are committed to the personal growth of all campers and ensuring a fun, safe and welcome environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly communicate with both campers and their parents. You are able to recognize and quickly resolve any conflicts that may arise between campers, instructors and/or parents.
    • You are organized and efficient.Requirements
      • 3-5 years of experience as a director, manager, coordinator or supervisor in a camp like environment
      • Knowledgeable and passionate about coaching and teaching kids
      • Ability to work with kids in Grades TK-8
      • Strong communication and organization skills
      • Reliable transportation
      • Valid driver's license
      • You will be required to clear a background check via online/live scan
      • Undergo KidzToPros summer camp training program
      • Must be available Monday- Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
      • Available full-time for the entire duration of summer camp, from June through August 2021.
