Job Description Job Description Diversified is seeking an Expert Level Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Midlothian, TX. Climate controlled, Room for Growth! 1st shift -5AM- 3:30PM M-TH Overtime as needed Fri and Sat $18.50-$19.50/hr Climate Controlled environment Temp to Perm Responsible for the set-up and operation of processing equipment. The utility Operator will be required to operate all equipment within the department and will train Process Operators on the equipment and processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow all safety policies and strive to improve our safety culture by identifying, reporting, and correcting unsafe conditions in the workplace. Follows all GMPs and food safety policies to protect our brand. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Set-up, operate, adjust, troubleshoot, diagnose and maintain all production equipment. Clean and sanitize production food contact surfaces and equipment. Effectively run equipment and meet production goals using HR x HR tracking. Report downtime and process interrupters. Promptly notify Production Lead/Supervisor of safety, quality or downtime issues. Follow departmental procedures and help develop procedures. Maintain production logs and complete production and quality checks as required. Train Process Operators and help department with continuous improvement efforts. May be requested to work in other production departments as needed. Qualifications Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Apply today!
