Advanced Manufacturing Engineer- Multi Site This role can be based near a Major Airport Travels 50% - Work from home otherwise. Home every weekend. As part of Dover's Corporate OPEX team, you'd optimize processes across a very wide variety of Dover companies - very diverse portfolio of Industrial Product Manufacturing from Medical, Automotive , Oil/Gas, Industrial Products and more. Key points: Analyze/design manufacturing processes for Fabrication by applying knowledge of product design, assembly, tooling, and materials and gathering input from stakeholders, and equipment OEM's. Partner with Operating Companies for improving OEE through initiatives such as SMED, TPM Work on Dover's strategy to drive productivity by internalizing spend (Buy2Make) on new capex and on existing equipment by maximizing machine utilization for Paint Processes. Create Fabrication Process Excellence Playbook and partner with OpCo's to drive maturity journey. Requires: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing engineering directly working with ANY OR SEVERAL of the following fabrication processes. (Press Brake, Laser Cutting, Blanking & Bending Automation, Turret Punch Press, TIG and Mig Welding. Experience with SolidWorks or another mechanical CAD system preferred. Ability to travel to US sites around 50% of the time- Work from home when not travelling- HOME EVERY WEEKEND No Sponsorship is available at this time
