Constellation, a premier energy provider, is looking for a dedicated Engineer, Site Risk Management to join our Risk Management & Compliance team. The perfect candidate will be instrumental in assessing and mitigating risks associated with our diverse energy portfolio, spanning power, natural gas, and renewable energy projects across the United States. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about maintaining safety and compliance in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential environmental, operational, and financial risks. Develop and implement risk management controls and procedures to mitigate identified risks. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate risk management practices into project development and day-to-day operations. Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management. Monitor and analyze new projects and energy market trends that could impact risk exposure. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with internal and external teams to manage and mitigate risks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the energy industry’s regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Adaptable to rapidly changing environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or equivalent is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license is considered a plus.
