AgeOptionsOverview of Role:Use your data mining, project
management, project implementation and business analysis skills to
continuously lead our organization as we monitor programs and
grants. This includes implementation of database applications,
systems administration, analysis and reporting (both narrative and
numeric), involvement in the Request for Proposal (RFP),
procurement process and maintaining grantee relationships. Use your
intellectual curiosity to look for new ways to apply technology and
improve processes.What are the Specifics (or at least some of):Lead
organization wide implementation efforts of the following database
applicationsSmartSimple (a grants management system)Wellsky Harmony
(Client database)CRM (Client Relationship Management) SystemAct as
System Administrator for database applications such as access
database, client database, SQL domains, grants management software,
CRM systemDevelop and produce narrative and numeric reports for
internal and external AgeOptions clientsAssist in the development
and execution of AgeOptions' RFP processProduce user training and
technical user guidesServe as a resource and consultant to
grantees, AgeOptions staff, leaders and BoardRepresent AgeOptions
at meetings and professional associations and
organizationsExperience and SkillsWho we are looking for:A
committed professional having a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis
in Social Services, Business, Information Technology or related
fieldA collaborator with at least 2 years experience in Grant Data
Program Management (preferably in aging or a not for profit
environment) or other related areaA team leader with at least 1
year of supervising and developing othersAn organized problem
solver with knowledge and experience in developing spreadsheets,
Access databases, SQL, report building as well as Microsoft Office
applicationsA strategic thinker with hands on experience in system
implementationsA communicator who has experience in developing and
