Known for its high deal volume, strong culture, and deep industry expertise. Location Chicago, IL (1-2 days/week in-office expected, still in search of Chicago space) The Opportunity The Chicago office is looking for a Manager or strong Senior Associate to join its growing Transaction Advisory Services team. This is a high-impact role for someone who can step in and deliver immediately, supporting a rising deal pipeline with limited need for ramp-up. ? What You Will Be Doing Conduct financial due diligence for healthcare transactions, including buy-side and sell-side engagements Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, and other key metrics Draft clear, concise client deliverables and reports Collaborate closely with leadership and contribute to client management Lead or support junior team members depending on level What We’re Looking For Prior transaction advisory or financial due diligence experience (not straight from audit) Strong technical skills and comfort with fast-paced deal environments Professional presence with client-facing experience Ability to operate independently with minimal handholding Why This Role Plug-and-play role with high visibility Join a team navigating significant deal flow Strong culture and career growth potential
