Job Description \n \n \n \n The Ammonia Refrigeration Plant
Engineer/HVAC Stationary Engineer Technician performs scheduled
maintenance, safety inspections and repairs to varying types of
equipment and reports to the Regional Chief Engineer.\n \n \n \n \n
Pay: $53.92/HR \n The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly
rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on
applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and

Qualifications: \n \n \n \n \n \n • Bachelor of Science in
Engineering, or related technical field or Five (5) years of
equivalent engineering experience \n \n \n • Must possess a valid,
unexpired driver's license\n \n \n • RETA CIRO (Certified
industrial Refrigeration Operator) Ammonia Operator II \n \n \n •
PSM/RPM for Compliance (RAGAGEP) \n \n \n • Plant Experience \n \n
\n • Must possess engineering license in the state, county or city
jurisdiction in which work will be performed\n \n \n \n \n \n \n
Preferred Qualifications: \n \n \n \n \n \n • With a Bachelor of
Science degree, three (3) years of prior experience in the
engineering field is preferred\n \n \n • Experience with ammonia is
preferred\n \n \n • Without a Bachelor of Science degree, seven (7)
years of prior experience in the engineering field is preferred\n
\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Responsibilities: \n \n \n \n \n \n •
Follow safe practices and complies with company and regulatory
standards \n \n \n • Operate heating and ventilating equipment,
engines, turbines, motors, combustion engines, pumps, air
compressors, ice and refrigerating machines, air conditioning
units, fans and siphons in assigned client site\n \n \n •
Collaborate with both internal and external customers on technical
issues, work scope recommendations and failure investigations\n \n
\n • Provide engineering support for a wide range of systems,
maintenance programs, engines as well as operational engineering
functions \n \n \n • Analyze and seek solutions to the design,
operation, maintenance, performance or repair of vehicles/equipment
and their components \n \n \n • Define a maintenance program or
configuration to troubleshoot issues and ensure a safe and legal
operation\n \n \n • Review service bulletins (SB) from
manufacturers or component manufacturers \n \n \n • Develop
solutions and implementation plans , project justification,
cost/benefit analysis, and overall management of project
implementation and coordinate warranty recovery on SB that are
applicable \n \n \n • Organize and manage priorities for assigned
responsibilities and accomplish the work process to meet all
deliverable for projects as well as maintenance program changes and
technical specification revisions \n \n \n • Coordinate work with
other operational groups to ensure safety, regulatory compliance,
operational reliability and operational efficiency \n \n \n \n \n
