is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its financial systems
team. This Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in
bridging data systems, improving reporting, and working
cross-functionally with key leaders to keep financial operations
sharp, modern, and effective. The position is based in the western
suburbs of the Chicagoland area and follows a hybrid schedule (in

Maintain and troubleshoot billing systems, workflows, and financial
integrations Monitor performance across platforms and help lead
Workday Financials enhancements Create dashboards, lead testing,
and analyze data trends to support executive decisions Serve as a
key Senior Financial Analyst contact for internal reporting needs
and ad hoc analysis Identify process improvements to streamline
financial and operational reporting Help the team transition to
future state systems as a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst Provide
continuity between disconnected systems while acting as a
systems-savvy Senior Financial Analyst Ideal Background: Bachelor's
degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related technical field 3 years
in a Senior Financial Analyst or systems analyst role supporting
finance or accounting Strong Excel and database/reporting tool
