Position Title: Accounting Clerk Location: 100% Onsite About the Role: We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our finance team and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role offers hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment where your skills will make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Process and track financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger postings. Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. Reconcile bank and financial accounts to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Provide support in payroll functions, including wage calculations, tax deductions, and related reporting. Help with monthly and year-end close activities, such as journal entries and financial reporting. What We're Looking For: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is a plus. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Basic knowledge of standard accounting principles. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and numerical tasks. Clear and professional communication skills.
