seeking a Customer Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end
delivery of multiple customer projects primarily within the Banking
and Financial sector. The Customer Project Manager will lead
cross-disciplinary teams through the project life cycle, ensuring
timely, on-budget, and cost-effective completion. The role involves
frequent customer engagement, technical coordination, and portfolio
management. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional on-site
presence to our Lisle, Illinois and Twinsburg, Ohio card
manufacturing facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSimultaneously manage
and deliver multiple customer projects within a 6-12 month
lifecycle involving multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.Ensure
projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and in a cost-effective
manner.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and
objectives, ensuring alignment and feasibility.Create and manage
project documentation including project plans, resource planning,
and implementation schedules.Maintain a robust communication plan
to keep all stakeholders informed; conduct status reporting and
Executive Steering meetings.Proactively identify and manage risks
and issues, implementing corrective measures as necessary.Adhere to
company policies and industry best practices, managing testing
cycles and tracking performance metrics.Act as the primary customer
interface, ensuring alignment between customer needs, departments,
and technical teams.Work closely with other project managers during
customer acceptance testing and project handover.Perform other
related duties as assigned, including occasional travel within
North America (up to 25%).Qualifications and Skills5-7 years of
proven project management experience.Strong negotiation skills and
the ability to influence diverse groups.Experience with System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Advanced proficiency in MS-Office,
including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Familiarity
with Jira tools and SAP ERP is a strong asset.Prior experience
involving POS/ATM financial authorization systems,
integrated-circuits/smart cards, cryptography, and related payment
card industry (PCI-CP) environments is a
plus.Education/ExperienceBachelors degree in Computer Science,
Business Management or a related field, with 5+ years relevant
experience; or Associate Degree with 7+ years of experience.Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.Job
