Job Description:
Your Impact:
- Lead new business prospecting services for North American
region for Publicis Sapient.
- Manage a team of Inside Sales Managers to drive prospecting
operations for North America.
- Develop prospecting strategies for different industry units and
execute those strategies.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with industry sales
teams to coordinate strategy and execution.
- Conduct initial customer meetings to identify potential
qualified opportunities.
- Utilize and expand a network of deal influencers (advisory
firms, rainmakers, etc.) to source new deals.
- Leverage current network to identify new opportunities for
Publicis Sapient.
- Foster a strong working relationship with the marketing
campaigns team and optimize the conversion of their qualified leads
into opportunities.
- Regularly report on top-of-the-funnel pipeline to
management.Key Metrics of Success:
- Value of qualified opportunities sourced through outbound
prospecting.
- Value of qualified opportunities sourced through the conversion
of marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads.
